As your lobbying team representing your interests, we will meet with you to further define and understand the complexities and challenges of the objectives, whether agency, legislative, or procurement related areas for your company. We will work hand in hand with you and your team to develop a strategic action plan and to define the necessary steps, such as key meetings and message development, to execute the plan. We are a very tactical team. We will assess and develop allies, as well as acknowledge non-supporters, understand leaderships’ positions, and create a timeline for key meetings and actions. We will have frequent contact with you. We typically have regular weekly calls and/or meetings with our clients. Our goal is to provide the best support to you and your team to achieve your goals.
